Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026 · Effective: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Onrolo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between your organisation (“Customer”) and Onrolo.
2. Description of Service
Onrolo provides a cloud-based applicant tracking system with AI-assisted screening capabilities. The service is provided on a subscription basis with the features and limits outlined in your chosen plan.
3. Accounts and Users
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each subscription may include a defined number of user seats. You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorised access to the platform.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in GBP and exclusive of VAT. Failed payments will result in a grace period of 7 days before account suspension. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Data Responsibilities
You, as the Customer, are the data controller for candidate data processed through the platform. Onrolo acts as a data processor. You must ensure you have a lawful basis for processing candidate data and have provided appropriate notices to candidates about how their data will be used.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Onrolo to: discriminate unlawfully in hiring decisions; process data for purposes other than recruitment; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code; or use the service in any way that violates UK employment law or data protection law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Onrolo's total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The platform is provided “as is” with a target uptime of 99.5%.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
